1-800-Textiles of Central North Carolina is a locally owned and operated textile restoration company serving the insurance restoration industry. We operate from a purpose-built production facility in Ramseur, North Carolina, in the center of the state — positioned to reach loss sites across the Triangle, the Triad, and the greater Charlotte region.
We do one thing. We don't do mitigation, we don't do reconstruction, and we don't do contents cleaning outside of soft goods. Every piece of equipment in our plant, and every step of our process, exists to bring clothing, linens, draperies, rugs, and personal textiles back from fire, smoke, water, and storm losses.
That focus is deliberate. Most restoration companies are excellent at structure and understandably stretched thin on contents. Soft goods are slow, detail-heavy, emotionally charged, and require equipment that doesn't make sense to buy for occasional use. We take that piece off your plate so your crews stay on the work they do best.
